1. Eligibility

2. Your account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• One person, one account. No impersonation.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Community rules

When posting in the forum, comments, or reviews, you agree NOT to:

• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content.
• Post sexually explicit material or content depicting minors inappropriately.
• Promote violence, terrorism, or illegal activity.
• Spam, advertise, or solicit without permission.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Share personal information of others without consent.
• Attempt to defraud, deceive, or scam other users.

Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent ban. Three formal warnings result in a temporary ban. Five result in permanent removal.

4. Content moderation

New users' first three posts require admin approval. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team. We use automated tools (profanity filters, AI moderation) and human review.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you publish. By posting, you grant WorldWide Thailand a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and translate your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

6. Our content

Articles, course materials, design, and code are © WorldWide Thailand. You may share links freely, but reproducing content beyond fair use requires written permission.

7. Translations

Translations of articles and posts are provided as a convenience and may contain errors. We are not liable for any consequence of translation inaccuracies.

8. Disclaimers
